  Very Historic Lake Champlain and now Whitehall that used to be Known as Skeneville, named after Philip Skene a once Scottish Officer in the British army, New York State Patroon and large figure in the Saratoga Campaign of the American Revolution. and also once home to one of Benedict Arnolds first Naval fleets as well as his armory which still stands today!.
