Colonial Beach Yacht Center

Newly Awarded as a Clean Marina, Colonial Beach Yacht Center is a 9-acre, full-service, year round resort facility that overlooks the historic Potomac River and Monroe Bay in the Victorian Town of Colonial Beach. The Bay is renowned for its protected harbor, deep water, easy access and beautiful sunsets. We are a family-owned and operated facility with open and dry slips that can accommodate vessels from 18 to 80 feet.

  Colonial Beach Yacht Center is located on the Potomac River at the mouth of Monroe Bay, approximately 40st. miles from Point Lookout and 57 st. miles from Washington, D.C. The harbor is located at latitude 38º 13' 47N and longitude 76º 57' 45W. The staff monitors VHF channel 16. When approaching the marina, please call for slip assignment and docking assistance. Approaching Red Marker 3M "4" on your nautical map, we are the marina directly to your right as soon as you enter the channel. Our gas dock is the first finger pier, the pump out station is the next pier, and floating transient docks are slightly further down. The channel can range from 8-12 ft at low tide.
