The Riptide Kayak Terrova trolling motor comes with standard corrosion-resistant saltwater-grade components for longer-lasting reliability.

Kayaks are an excellent complementary tool for many boating anglers, especially when you want to get into waters too skinny for your boat. When it comes to powering your portable vessel, check out the new Minn Kota Riptide Kayak Terrova electric trolling motor. Designed specifically for fishing kayaks, it mounts on the bow just like the bow-mounted electric trolling motors found on so many modern center consoles, bass boats, and bay boats.

The boost in fishing abilities is the biggest draw here, because the motor delivers virtual anchoring, thanks to Spot-Lock, and the ability to set up GPS-controlled trolling patterns.

A Digital Maximizer mode can extend run times up to five times longer on a single battery charge.

The Riptide Kayak Terrova is One-Boat Network compatible, so if you have a network-compatible Humminbird fishfinder aboard you’ll be able to control the motor from the screen and set up advanced angling features like auto-trolling along contour lines.

Designed for saltwater use, the lower unit is grit-blasted and shielded in powder-coated aluminum and internal electronics are sealed. Shaft length is 3 feet, thrust is 55 pounds, weight is 40.5 pounds, the motor runs on a 12-volt power supply, and it draws a max of 50 amps.

The Riptide Kayak Terrova comes with a Bluetooth Micro Control remote control (the motor can also be controlled via your phone and the One-Boat app) and a Weedless Wedge 2 propeller.
