Raymarine’s next-gen Axiom MFDs render and pan faster, deliver better wet-weather touch response, and integrate plotter, sonar, radar, autopilot and video into one hub.

Raymarine’s Axiom chartplotter/MFD introduced in 2017 is reborn for 2026 as the Axiom 2 with a 6-core processer that promises to deliver 10% faster start-up and 30% faster chart rendering. “We engineered Axiom 2 to be faster, brighter and overall, more capable in every meaningful way. From processing power and chart performance to wet-weather touch response, boaters will immediately feel the difference from the moment they power it on,” explains said Michelle Hildyard, Raymarine’s VP of Operations.
Protected inside a IPX6-rated waterproof housing, chartplotter, sonar, radar, autopilot and video are all integrated with Axiom 2’s LightHouse operating system, while the upgraded hardware platform gives the Axiom 2 expanded memory, offering users access to more than 30 available apps for streaming entertainment, weather, lighting, and vessel monitoring. Axiom 2 comes bundled with LightHouse Charts GEN 2, delivering chart redraws three-times faster than previous generations.
Axiom 2 is available in 9- and 12-inch displays with each screen protected by HydroTough, a nanocoating that repels both water and oils for easier cleaning and keeps screen fingertip dragging smooth – even with wet hands. Comes with 3-year warranty.
