As of February 1, 2006, most of the BoatUS stores and the catalog will have changed their name to “West Marine” from “BoatUS” Therefore, as in the past, Bank of America cannot honor any rebates (3%) for purchases via West Marine store locations, on-line store or catalog purchases.  Bank of America will only honor purchases from the 1 remaining store ( Sarasota FL) with the BoatUS name on it.

Please note that the Member Rewards program benefits (4% back) still apply for all BoatUS Members and you are still eligible for a 3% Rebate on your existing BoatUS 3% Rebate credit card when purchasing via the BoatUS online store www.boatus.com, BoatUS services, including any BoatUS Membership Program, such as Membership dues, annual towing fees, and even purchases at Cooperating Marinas (800+).

The rebate will appear on your next monthly billing statement.
The 3% credit rebate applies only to personal boating purchases, not commercial purchases. Each BoatUS credit cardholder is limited to $1,200 in rebates per calendar year. Any request for a rebate must be postmarked, or received via facsimile at 410-229-6347, no later than twelve (12) months from the Closing Date appearing on the submitted Statement. Full terms and conditions of the program are available upon request and are supplied to each new cardholder. The terms of the program are subject to change and are void where prohibited by law.
