Place seasoned Silverfin steaks and brown both sides. Add white wine and lemon juice. Place Silverfin stakes with sauce into a baking pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until done. When served, top Silverfin steaks with sauce then top with roasted almonds. |
