1/3 cup powdered egg nog (hard to find)
2 tbsp instant coffee
3 1/3 cups milk (bottled or mixed from a powder)
In a 4-cup glass measure, combine eggnog and coffee. Stir in milk. In microwave on 10% power, cook , uncovered, for 6-7 minutes or until dry ingredients are dissolved and mixture is heated through. Stir once during cooking. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of each. (This can also be done on stove top)
Makes 4 servings.
