I am looking at a 1991 260 Fiesta Vee.  Any gotchas on these boats to watch out for?  It seems in good shape, a little dirty now.  It has a brand new engine in it (I do not know why it was replaced yet, probably froze).  Any advice would be apprciated.

Thanks,

Ryan

Owned a 1993 260 for 5 years.  I think it was time for the engine to be replaced.  It will save you a lot of headaches.  Nice boat, though the headroom in the cabin was too low.  The electrical connections started to give me a hard time as time went on.  Other than that, it's a nice boat.

Since I changed to a 1995 280.  This is surprising bigger.  Need a lot of fuel with twins, the 260 is much more efficient.

Good luck!

You might also want to check out www.rinkerboatowners.com to see if there's any additional information you can glean on the older Rinkers.
