I started the cockpit interior on the 20 SC today.  I made the rear seat frame and set it in the boat.  Now I have to figure how to put a sundeck over the engine.

I got the boards cut for the rear seat and the hatch.

I still have a piece from the other Formula that I might use on the sundeck.  It had a slight flaw in it the first time he made it, so he made me a new one, and I bought the flawed one from him for five bucks.

Mines a 72 f-200 or thats all i can find out about it, only thing i have found so far to go off of is the formula websight, but it only goes back to 73 on the v hulls, its titled as a 20 footer. i havent found out much info on the 20 footer. its got a 302 stern drive volvo, thats been rather fun so far to find parts for, but finaly its running and sterndrive is working. need to find a good trialer for it yet, as well as paint and interior work, the other formula i have is a 78 233 H and its been a blast, was fathers boat, was used for fishing charters in lake erie years ago. needless to say love the formula's like you do.

I'm hoping to go to the New Year's Day Fun Run in Sarasota the next day.  I'd be skeered to boat at night on a holiday anyway, too many drunks on the water.

I might be out on Monroe earlier Saturday to do a shakedown cruise with my 22 Donzi I bought.  It should be out of the shop this week, if I get home from Port Charlotte in time to pick it up.
