Well, It took over a year to find, but I just bought a 79 F233c. It was listed on Ebay with a blown outdrive and some flaking paint. It was a no reserve auction and I ended up paying a whopping $785.

When I went to pick it up I was surprized that it is fairly good condition with the exception of the trailer. (original to boat). Tires were very scary, but they made it for the 60 mile trip home. Paint needs a lot of attention, (I knew that, but I worked for an automotivr paint company, so no major problem.) Interior is amateur. Rest of boat seems to be fairly solid.(Transom and stringers.)Motor is a single 260 Mercruiser. (Runs well)
