i have a 2003 33' and i want to remove the tv/vcr combo unit to replace with a flat screen.  any ideas how to get the tv out?  remove the electrical panel?

On my 310 I pulled out the tray it is attached to and there was 1 screw/bolt from the bottom that attached it.
