I own a 2003 33 Walk, and the overhead storage compartment over the helm hits me in the head when I operate the boat in offshore conditions.

I stand 5'11" barefoot, and at 6' or so with boating shoes on.

Each time the boat enters a swell and the bow rises up, I have to duck or spread my legs to be shorter, or the sharp edge of the door would hit me hard. It has twice, and I have learned to bend my knees, and be careful.

Pro-Line says I am making this up, that they have built hundreds with the same setup. I think it even includes the popular 30 footer, and other models as well. Their GM stated that he knows customers have called because they cannot see through it, but he claims no complaints have surfaced regarding the head smashing. Well, it they can't see through it, then they will have to duck when it comes a callin'!

This problem is so obvious, I cannot believe other owners who have not experienced this special effect. Believe me, the boat wins every time.

HAS ANY ONE ELSE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE?

Please contact me with any corroboration
