I have a197 Seafox center console bought new in April, 2005. No problems with the boat but when preparing it for the winter in October, 2006 I noticed 4 cracks on the starboard side. Anyone have this problem?

They are probably gelcoat cracks.  Not uncommon for any boat/brand.  I'm assuming you found them on the sides and not below the water line?  Many times it occures on corners or curved gel-coat..

 

I had a friend who bought a new Mako and he had blisters everywhere.  The dealer should be able to show you love.  4 isn't bad...

Purchased  NEW 256cc, Mar. 07'. Tried to get replacement cushion since May 07'.
Uncovered 19 repaired holes, cracks, and busted lid latches. Have been waiting to
hear from Dealer, or Sea Fox. Boat rides great, handles seas with dry ride, fishes great,
but material condition *****. Dealer ,and, or Sea Fox not helpful at all. Have owned Stratos,
Triton, Monark bass boats, and one Stratos saltwater center console. My last Stratos was
13 years old, and in better material condition than this Sea fox.

Update to previous post. Took boat to Sea Fox for repairs. After
approx., one month picked  boat up.  Repairs to boat where  ok
but they created more  problems. 
chemical stains on seats.
over spray on  areas  unprotected.
top of motor covers damaged.
disconnected steering cables and not bleeding when reconnecting.
not replacing storage lid. leaving up to dealer. informed dealer upon
   returning. dealer orders lid from SF, SF sends wrong lid.
Did not expect a whole lot min beginning and got what I expected.
Have owned Sport Craft, Monark, Stratos(3), Triton,Proline boats.
Sea Fox has been a complete disaster. Every time I take it out
   something breaks or tears up. Eye pulled out while wenching boat
   to contact roller one example.
BUYER BEWARE!!! is my advise.

I HAVE A 216CC SEAFOX 2007,CRACKS IN STARBOARD AFT ABOVE WATER LINE IN COLORED PART OF HULL ALSO, THIRD TIME IN THREE YEARS.
