The Service Representative is responsible for answering operator calls at the main reception desk, including inbound customer service calls and making outbound customer service calls. Additional responsibilities include: greeting company visitors, selling Memberships and taking renewal payments. Additional duties as assigned.
The shift hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday
The ideal candidate will be a great multi-tasker; very organized; have excellent verbal communication skills; experience making and receiving business calls; and previous customer service experience.
Desired qualifications include having prior sales experience, ability to work independently and be a team player.
