    Currently, we are interviewing for a Towing Service Representative for our Costa Mesa, CA Service Center. The focus for this position is on dispatching tows via the telephone and VHF radio; responding to customer service calls; signing up, renewing, and verifying membership calls; and project work in the off-season.

    The Towing Service Representative must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. The primary shift will be Wednesday through Saturday, from 6am to 4:30pm.
  • Required Qualifications include:
    •Prior customer service experience
    •Proficiency in MS Windows applications
    •Telephone service experience

    Desired Qualifications include:
    •MS Word, Access and Excel skill
    •Boating Exprience
    •Dispatch experience
    •Marine VHF experience
