The primary focus will be taking calls to dispatch on-the-water and on-the-road towing services, processing towing cases and related payments. Taking first reports of claims as well as both salvage and towing related calls from Members. Researching and special projects as needed.
This is an overnight position from Wednesday to Saturday, between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am. Holidays are required.
Required Qualifications include:
* Prior Customer Service experience ( preferably in Dispatch and/or a Call Center environment)
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Excellent phone skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
