  • BoatU.S., a part of GEICO and the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies, is looking for an Human Resources Assistant for our Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. The shift will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
    The Responsibilities will include:
    • Data entry of employee personnel information.
    • Answering phones, scanning, & filing.
    • Assisting with HR events such Bring Your Child to Work Day.
    • Other duties & projects as assigned.
  • Candidate Qualifications
    • Associate degree or equivalent college credits
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word)
    • High degree of confidentiality
    • Strong organization skills
    • Must be a team player
    • Strong attention to detail skills

    Desired Qualifications
    • Experience with an Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
    • Prior Human Resource Experience
