While our pause on cancellations ended on May 31, 2020, we understand everyone's financial situation may not be back to normal. There are some states that have extended the pause on cancellation for their residents. Please note that we will follow all state specific requirements. These changes will be automatic and require no action from you unless specifically noted below.
We will continue to update the list of states and their guidelines. If your state is not listed, then the original May 31, 2020 date will apply. For additional assistance after this date please contact us.
If you can make a payment, we strongly encourage you to do so, as unpaid bills must still be paid after the pause period to avoid cancellation.
