We understand the concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing anxiety and fear. Our priority is the health and safety of our customers, our employees, and the community. While we continue to monitor this situation closely, we're actively taking steps to make sure we're able to provide you with the service you need.

Marine Insurance

Our service representatives are ready to help with billing and payment issues, however you may experience a longer than usual response time when calling BoatUS. We encourage you to please continue to use our website to apply for insurance.

03/20/2020: To better assist those impacted by the crisis, we are voluntarily pausing cancellation of coverage due to non-payment and policy expiration, effective immediately. This pause will remain in effect through April 30, 2020. 

To make a payment, service your insurance policy, update contact information, check claim status and other services, please log into BoatUS.com/Account.

Membership Services

Our Membership Services department is open 24/7 ready to help you join, renew and assist with billing and payment questions.

You can always make a payment, service your Membership, update your contact information, upgrade your towing and other services, by logging onto BoatUS.com/Account or the BoatUS App.

TowBoatUS Response

Currently our 600+ vessel, nationwide on-water towing fleet remains open and committed to providing our Members with 24/7 dispatch assistance. With local, state and federal guidelines changing from day to day, we will be sure to update you here if any TowBoatUS locations are required to temporarily halt providing on-water assistance services, and keep you advised of our activity or any other changes.

The best way to summon on water assistance remains the TowBoatUS CONNECT feature within the BoatUS App. Using the App allows you to automatically get help, first with a text confirmation and then connecting via cell phone voice communications with the closest local towing captain.

The TowBoatUS towing fleet is committed to following Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.
