Hi - my trailer tires keep getting sidewall bubbles - what causes this? - thanks, BH

If this is a repetative problem on your trailer, you need to look at the capacity of your tires. Are you overloading the tires causing the sidewall cords to breakdown? Also, are you using trailer rated tires or are you using automotive tires? Make sure that the load rating of your tire (which is stamped on the sidewall) is equal or greater than the load that you are carrying divided by the number of tires. If this problem is consistent with a specific manufacturer, it may be time to try a new brand...
