Boat Trailering Guys:,

How do I change the bearings on my trailer and are there special bearings for salt water use? I have a single axle trailer with no brakes and have bearing buddies on.

There are not special bearings for salt water use. The process for changing bearings is fairly simple for the average do-it-yourselfer. It is a lengthy process to input by text. I would recommend a book on Boat Trailers by Steve Henkel. It has some great information in it including step-by-step instructions on renewing your bearings.
