The Boat Trailering Guys
With the price of gas heading up, do you have any advice for getting as good gas mileage as possible when towing a boat? Are there any tricks that I can learn?

GEORGE: Tire pressure is key to gas mileage. Make sure the PSI is at the max. The other suggestion I have is to change the air filter in your engine. MIKE: Make sure that your trailer/load is balanced properly and that your tire pressure is correct when measured cold. Try to tow your boat as empty as possible. Buy your fuel, ice, soda, etc. as close to the boat ramp as you can without paying the inflated on-the-water prices.
