Boat Trailering Guys:,

I want to change my wheel bearings from grease to oil filled. Do you have a list of manufacturers of oil filled bearings? I am 71 and have arthritis in my hands. Want to make my trailer maintenance a little easier.

Oil filled bearings are also called "cool hubs." That's because they actually operate at a cooler temperature when underway. You will find brand names for these such as "Aqualube" and "Posilube." There is a TurboLube hub from Tiedown Manufacturing as well (www.tiedown.com). EZ Loader boat trailers are building new models with oil filled hubs.
