As the owner of a motor home or travel trailer, insurance most likely isn't the first thing on your mind. However, are you sure your coverage properly protects you from loss? You may think your automobile policy provides adequate protection. Maybe you even have a policy specifically for your RV. But, there are many important differences from one specialty policy to another, which may leave you uninsured and out of luck if something happens to your RV.

Total Loss Replacement Coverage. This optional coverage replaces your RV if it is damaged beyond repair. It's valuable protection against depreciation.

Full timers coverage. Similar to homeowner's insurance, this coverage provides personal liability coverage if your RV is your permanent residence.

Various Payment Options. Pay your premium in one lump sum, or in convenient installments. Use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or debit card. Or use electronic funds transfer (EFT) straight from your checking or savings account to pay your premium.
Diminishing Deductible. For every claim free year on your RV policy, you will be rewarded with a diminishing deductible. This means that your deductible is decreased by 25% per year for every consecutive claim free year. You could possibly have zero deductible applied to your loss. Your safety record is rewarded!
Emergency Expense Allowance. If your RV needs emergency repair due to a covered loss, American Modern will pay reasonable expenses for temporary housing, travel, and the cost to return your RV back home or to a repair shop.
