LAKE LEWISVILLE, TX, October 12, 2009 – The Versus cable network will air special expanded coverage of the 2009 BoatUS National Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship held earlier this year at Lake Lewisville, TX.  The one-hour “Best Of” special premieres Sunday, October 18 at 3:00PM EDT and features all of the best coverage of the three-day event. The new show is paired with repeat coverage of days one and two of the competition which initially aired in September.  A second solo airing of the “Best Of” show will be broadcast Thursday, October 22 at 3:30PM EDT.

Over 140 teams from more than 70 schools participated this year – the largest field in the event’s four year history.  The Association of College Anglers sanctioned event is the capstone of a year-long college series sponsored by BoatUS Angler , a membership, services and savings program for boat-owning anglers.
