Salvage boats from each hurricane are being sold through different liquidators. Please read and follow their specific instructions for bidding carefully. All sales are conditional to the owner providing proper documentation for transfer of ownership and the liquidator will be the sole judge of what constitutes proper documentation. All sales are final, and are made without warranties, either implied or expressed, as to the condition, value or fitness of the boat and/or engine(s). All boats are "AS IS, WHERE IS". All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon sale.
