BoatU.S. has contacted the Minnesota House Finance Committee, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division to express our concerns with the proposal to impose a moratorium on the state purchasing land for public access to lakes.  A copy of our letter can be found here.

Legislation has been introduced that would prohibit the state from purchasing land to allow public access to state waters.  The bills, SF 2890 and HF 3230, would place a five year moritorium on such purchases.
