Shipping information

During our busiest season, we can not handle rush orders.  Please, allow eight days for us to process, ship and deliver your order. 

*Please note:  All standard orders are shipped UPS 3-day on Monday or Thursday.  If you would like to shorten the time between the unit shipped day and the arrival day, you have the option of paying an additional surcharge to cover the increased shipping prices.  Increased shipping prices are:

Shipping

• Standard orders are only shipped to locations within the continental United States. 
• We can only ship to street addresses--not Rural Routes or Post Office Boxes.
• For orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, the renter will be charged the additional shipping costs to send an EPIRB to these locations. 
• If you will be taking your rental EPIRB aboard an airplane, the EPIRB MUST be  carry-on luggage.

Returns

• Please note that orders must be returned to us from an address within the continental United States. 
• The Foundation will not pay for any additional return shipping charges, such as weekend or rush shipping, nor will the Foundation pay for home pick-up by a shipping company. Any additional shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the renter, unless prior arrangements are made with the Foundation.
• If your rental EPIRB is overdue, you will be billed the corresponding weekly rental rate. 
• If your rental unit is more than TWO WEEKS overdue, you will be charged for the cost of the EPIRB unit. Should the unit be returned after you are charged, you will be refunded the full amount, less the corresponding weekly rental rate.

Overseas

• We do not ship to any locations out side of the 50 United States of America.
• Should you travel with an EPIRB overseas, you are responsible for paying any and all duties, taxes, levies or fees associated with entering or exiting a different jurisdiction with the EPIRB.
