BoatUS Foundation

In the fall of 2007, NASBLA conducted a series of two-vessel boat collisions to learn more about what happens to boats and occupants. Boats were then preserved
and sent to the NTSB training academy for future accident investigation study. These collisions were held on a private body of water under controlled
circumstances. More boats are needed, especially newer models for the second round of collisions scheduled for 2008. To donate you boat or learn about what
types of boats are needed, click here.

The BoatUS Foundation reminds you to boat responsibly and wear your life jacket.

NASBLA and BoatUS wish to thank to all participants and volunteers of the staged two-vessel boat collisions, especially BoatU.S. Members who donated their boats.
