We are currently searching for a talented individual with exceptional skills to fill our Administrative Assistant position in our Facilities department, located at our Headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. This position serves our organization in an administrative role including: filing, typing, answering phones, taking meeting minutes, and processing accounts payable. Additionally, this position will involve vendor payment processing, procurement, data tracking, event coordinating, maintenance dispatch, and other duties as assigned.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to organize, prioritize and be proactive
* Basic math aptitude

Position hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some overtime.
