The Account Representative will be responsible for handling financial transactions such as taking payments, issuing refunds and payment rejections. The representative will post daily payments and reconcile the Incoming Cash Processing Report; answer phone calls in the queue; process cancellations and non-renewals; manage daily reports and handle other duties as assigned.
