  • The Account Representative will be responsible for handling financial transactions such as taking payments, issuing refunds and payment rejections. The representative will post daily payments and reconcile the Incoming Cash Processing Report; answer phone calls in the queue; process cancellations and non-renewals; manage daily reports and handle other duties as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications:
    * Detail oriented
    * Organized
    * Prior customer service experience
    * Ability to multi-task
    * Work well in team environment and independently
    * Excellent attendance and punctual
    * Strong communication and English comprehension skills.

    Desired Qualifications:
    * Proficient in MS Word & Excel
    * Insurance Background
