    Currently, we are interviewing for a Claims Adjuster Trainee for our Jacksonville office. The primary responsibilities will be, 30% processing first and third-party property damage claims; 30% telephonic and electronic communication with first and third party claim participants; 20% preparing claim letters;10% answering incoming phone queue questions and status updates; 5% arranging and dispatching salvage, tows and surveyors; and 5% taking first reports of new losses via phone.
    The Claims Adjuster Trainee must be able to work most days (Monday through Friday) from 10am to 7pm, with one shift weekly of noon to 9pm. The work schedule will also include some weekends and holidays.
  • Required Qualifications Include:
    Prior Customer Service experience (preferably in a Call Center environment)
    Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
    Written communication skills
    Ability to multi-task
    Team Player
    Excellent verbal communication skills
    Well organized
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Desired Qualifications Include:
    Boating knowledge
    Prior adjusting experience
    Adjuster license
    Problem-solving skills
    Bi-lingual
