Responsibilities include: Front desk assignments, including greeting Members, vendors & guest along with responding to emails. Answering inbound customer service calls and making outbound calls to Members and former Members. This position is Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Includes selling Memberships and taking renewal payments. Other duties as assigned.
Prior customer service experience
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Able to multi-task
Must work well in a team environment
