We are searching for a HelpDesk Technician to join our team at our Alexandria, VA Headquarters. The primary focus will be 45% Help Desk Phone Call Queue; 25% Providing Windows (XP and Windows 7) Desktop Support; 10% Basic Administration of Windows, UNIX and Mac User Accounts; 10% To Configure and Deploy PC and Laptop Systems; 5% Hardware and Software repairs to PC and Laptops; and 5% to provide basic printer support (Tier 1).
• 2 years Windows XP and Windows 7 experience
• 2 years Phone Based Help Desk support experience
• Strong trouble shooting skills
• Capable of producing technical documentation
• Solid customer Service Skills
• Knowledge of ticketing systems
• UNIX Experience
• MAC Experience
• A+ Certification
• Microsoft XP and Windows 7 Certification
