The primary responsibilities include: dispatching towing assistance to Members both on the water and roadside; selling Memberships, towing services; speaking with Members and potential Members over the phone.
This is a seasonal position from June to October. The representative will work 4 - 10 hour shifts from Saturday to Tuesday. The shift hours will rotate between 8am to 7pm & 10am to 9pm. Holidays are required.
*Prior customer service experience (Preferable in a Call Center)
*Excellent verbal communication skills
*Proficient in MS Windows
*Proven history of providing excellent customer service
