    Currently, we are interviewing for a Claims Adjuster Trainee for our Jacksonville office. The primary focus will be on processing first and third-party property damage claims; preparing claims correspondence (settlement, denial, status, etc. letters); taking reports of new claims and answering claims questions and status updates; and arranging and dispatching salvage, tows and reviewing policy coverage with BoatUS customers.

    The Claims Adjuster Trainee must be able to work most days (Monday through Friday) from 9am to 6pm, with one shift weekly of noon to 9pm. The work schedule will also include some weekends and holidays.
  • Required Qualifications Include:
    Prior Customer Service experience (preferably in a Call Center environment)
    Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
    Written communication skills
    Ability to multi-task
    Excellent verbal communication skills
    Well organized
    High school diploma or equivalent

    Desired Qualifications Include:
    Boating knowledge
    Prior adjusting experience
    Adjuster license
    Problem-solving skills
    Bi-lingual
