Currently, we are interviewing for a temporary Towing Service Representative for our Costa Mesa, CA Service Center. The focus for this position is on dispatching tows via the telephone and VHF radio; responding to customer service calls; signing up, renewing, and verifying membership calls.
This is a seasonal position from April through September. The Representative will work four 10-hour shifts. Working weekends and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications include:
•Prior customer service experience
•Proficiency in MS Windows applications
•Telephone service experience
Desired Qualifications include:
•MS Word, Access and Excel skills
•Boating knowledge or experience
•Dispatch experience
•Marine VHF experience
