    Currently, we are interviewing for a Service Representative at our Costa Mesa, CA Service Center. The Service Rep is responsible for insurance and membership sales; servicing customers; taking first report for insurance claims and assisting with general information about BoatU.S.

    The Service Representative must be able to work flexible shifts between the hours of 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Monday – Friday, including rotating Saturdays.
  • Required Qualifications:
    •Prior Customer Service experience – preferably in a Call Center environment
    •Proficiency in MS Office Applications
    •Experience with computer-based data entry systems
    •Excellent multi-tasking skills (listen & type at the same time)
    •Ability to maintain positive & professional demeanor at all times
    •Excellent written and telephone communication skills
    •Must have or be able to obtain Property & Casualty License
    •Must have high school diploma or equivalent

    Desired Qualifications:
    •Sales driven
    •Bi-lingual (Spanish)
