We are currently interviewing for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Jacksonville, FL service center. The primary focus will be approving and denying applications needing review; answering policy questions regarding coverage; rating policies for customers; processing correspondence, renewals, endorsements; and interacting with agents verbally and in writing.
Due to the hours the Florida Service Center is open, shifts begin as early as 8am and end as late as 9pm, Monday through Friday. Some weekend work will also be required.
•Ability to multi-task (speak on the phone and type)
•Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
•Excellent oral and written skills
•Active P&C License
•Proficiency in MS applications (Word & Excel)
