We are searching for a <b>Senior Reports Developer</b> to join the team at our Alexandria, VA Headquarters. Primary responsibilities include designing, programming, testing and documenting reports to meet needs of our business users. The position requires working directly with a wide range of business users to assess their needs, write specifications and develop reports and/or extract information from the corporate databases.
<b>Required Qualifications:</b>
 4+ years programming
 3+ years Crystal Report writing
 2+ years SQL Server
 Strong SQL skills
 Excel skills using pivot tables, lookups, import/export data, macros and graphs
 Exceptional analytical skills
 Knowledge of MS Word, Access, PowerPoint
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
<b>Desirable Qualifications:</b>
 Property & Casualty insurance experience
 Experience working with Oracle databases
 Basic knowledge of HTML and FTP
