BoatU.S., a part of GEICO and the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies, is looking for an Office Assistant for our Headquarters in Alexandria, VA. The shift will be Monday - Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The Responsibilities will include:
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Respond to Service Calls and Emails
• Update and maintain department office forms and spreadsheets
• Update and maintain department credit/membership cards/EOM Reconciliation
• Coordinate and assist with company events and activities
• Manage electronic office filing system
• High School Diploma
• Proficient Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to operate general office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to professionally handle multiple demands and prioritize
• Prior customer service experience helpful
• Clean Driving record preferred
