Jim and Lisa Favors are the authors of a very useful, inspiring, and entertaining new book, “When The Water Calls, We Follow,” about the Great American Loop adventure. During their first voyage, the Favors knew of only one other couple about to embark on a Loop. So, while they’d researched the route, got their boat shipshape, and organized their personal lives, they had no real picture of what or whom they’d encounter on this adventure.
