The Complete Logbook

Holiday Greetings From Ithaka

The holiday season reminds us to thank all of you so much for your support, your encouragement, and your kind invitations. They’ve meant the world to us, and they’ve made us feel that we’re writing the column for a group of friends.

We’re spending the holiday aboard, hopefully in the Bahamas! We’re celebrating quietly together our good fortune at being able to live out this dream, but at the same time we’re thinking of those whom we love and miss.

We wish you and your families happy and healthy holidays. We’re taking a hiatus for one week to celebrate the yew year. We look forward to seeing you back here for our next log on Friday, January 6, 2001.

Cheers!

Bernadette and Douglas
