Hoki
Mai was sold to Kenji Yoshikawa, a scientist from Tokyo,
in October 1993. Kenji sailed to Alaska, where he and the boat remain.

Future plans include various
countries in the Mediterranean including the Greek Islands, Italy,
Spain, France, Tunisia, Gibraltar, then on to the Canary Islands,
and the Caribbean. From there, possibly the Galapagos, the Marquesas,
Hawaii, and then back to Vancouver to complete the circumnavigation.
