1985-1986 Vancouver, Queen Charlotte Islands of B.C., California, Mexico, Marquesas, Tuamotus, Society Islands, American Samoa

1987-1989 Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Kapingamorangi, Guam, Saipan, Japan

1989- Dec. 1993 Fukuoka Japan and nearby islands

Hoki Mai was sold to Kenji Yoshikawa, a scientist from Tokyo, in October 1993. Kenji sailed to Alaska, where he and the boat remain.

1994-1996 Vancouver, Inside Passage B.C., northern B.C.

1996- 1999 Vancouver, California, Mexico, Sea of Cortez

1999-2002 Mexico, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Kiribati, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Australia

2004 Great Barrier Reef Australia, Torres Strait, Gulf of Carpentaria, Darwin, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia

2004- 2006 Malaysia, Thailand

2007 Thailand, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Oman, Yemen, Eritrea, Sudan, Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, Turkey

Future plans include various countries in the Mediterranean including the Greek Islands, Italy, Spain, France, Tunisia, Gibraltar, then on to the Canary Islands, and the Caribbean. From there, possibly the Galapagos, the Marquesas, Hawaii, and then back to Vancouver to complete the circumnavigation.
