Golden Potato Halves

1 large boiled potato cut in half lengthwise

1 Tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Heat oil in large skillet

Add potatoes cut side down

Sear over medium heat for 5-6 minutes until deep golden .

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
