Aussie chef Donna Hay's "Off The Shelf" 

 features recipes with stuff you have on your kitchen or galley shelves.  

It suggests lots of canned/jarred goods to be used in wonderful ways!

 She also has a fabulous website where you can search for her recipes with the ingredients you have on hand.
