Dragon Boat Beef Posted by Members - Viewed 2162 times Recipe by Katrina Frontiero, San Diego, CA Dragon Boat Beef 1 1/2 cups sliced beef 1/4 cup light white wine 1 whole onion, chipped 1 1/2 cups teriyaki sauce 2 - 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1 1/2 tblsp orange peel, diced 1/2 cup olive oil 4-5 red dry chili peppers, or 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce Marinate meat in teriyaki sauce for half hour. Braise meat in olive oil, adding marinade. Remove meat. Fry onion, garlic, orange peel, and chili peppers until brown. Combine meat and onion mixture, add cornstarch to create gravy. Add white wine. Cook until thickened. Serve over rice, noodles or spaghetti. |
