Turkey Divan

2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen or 1 pkg fresh broccoli spears

6 to 8 slices cooked turkey

1 pkg fresh broccoli spears

1 1/2 cups shredded processed American cheese

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can (3 1/2 oz) French-fried onion rings

Place broccoli in a 12" x 7" glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for about 12 minutes or until partly cooked. Drain liquid and arrange spears in dish. Top with turkey slices and cheese. Spoon soup over all; recover. Microwave on high for 12-14 minutes. Place onion rings on top and continue cooking on high 1-2 minutes or until onions are hot. Makes 4-6 servings.
