1 can (16 oz.) salmon
1 container (16oz.) sour cream or substitute
1 tsp of your favorite herbs (dill, thyme, oregano, etc)
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
Drain salmon, remove all bones and flake. Thoroughly blend everything except salmon and then fold in the salmon last. Serve with chips.
