Chicken Ham Rice Dish

Ingredients:
- 1 large center cut sliced ham
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup rice
- 3 cups water
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- butter

Brown ham on both sides. Remove from pan and brown chicken breasts. Cut ham and chicken into bite-size pieces and set aside. In same pan, cook pepper, onion, and mushrooms until soft. Stir in meat, rice, water, Worcestershire sauce, and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer until water is absorbed. When ready to serve, drizzle with butter. Great with hot rolls and green salad.
